Bio:

My research covers broad aspects of volcanology, from how magmatic systems work to how a volcano interacts with societies. I am also interested in communicating geoscience as a popular subject to inspire people to love more about our amazing planet.

My current project is focused on the Rawa Danau Volcanic Complex (RDVC), Banten, Indonesia, an isolated volcanic complex with a nearly rectangular-shaped caldera and diverse volcanic edifices and magmatic compositions. I work mainly to understand better how the caldera-forming eruption was generated and how silicic and mafic magmatic systems connect in this volcanic complex.
